Quinn Building Surveying are Chartered Building Surveyors working in the Mid –Ulster Area. QBS offer a specialist surveying and energy rating service. We can operate throughout the UK and Ireland from our Mid-Ulster Base.

QBS was formed in October 2009 as an independent building surveying firm, with over 15 years experience in the surveying trade, our aim is to provide a local service to the community.

All of our staff are fully qualified Building Surveyors and Energy Assessors with a thorough understanding of both Building Regulations and the correct and most efficient make up of building elements to achieve the most energy efficient buildings.
